It was her vision and leadership that made her a success at companies like Rollstream, webMethods, Deloitte Consulting and Andersen Consulting.
Executive Vice President of Sales
Barton likes to drive, and we don’t just mean down I-66, he loves driving nBA’s global sales and revenue. He has a record of focusing sales teams within market leading enterprise application companies. Previously, he was an Area VP of Sales with Salesforce, where he was responsible for the Mid Atlantic and US Public Sector. Barton started his career in consulting at American Management Systems, moved into software sales with Siebel Systems and also spent time at Oracle.
Chief Technology Officer
Dave makes sure the product works as advertised. He’s an expert in delivering enterprise quality software-as-a-service solutions. By using his rare combination of technical skills, business acumen and an intense “can do” attitude, Dave leads engineering to reliably deliver high quality products on time and within budget. Dave cut his teeth in organizations like CGI-AMS, webMethods, Software AG and was most recently CTO of Rollstream.
Chief Financial Officer
Lenn brings more than 25 years of financial experience guiding early and mid-stage technology-oriented companies to nBA. In that time, he’s covered every aspect of a software company’s financials including private equity financing, merger and acquisitions, bank financing, and the charge through initial public offering. Lenn started his career at Deloitte, spent many years at Sterling Software and was most recently CFO of Approva Corporation.
Chief Marketing Officer
Susan is passionate about delivering customer focused solutions and leading the charge to create buzz around our products and solutions. With product management, corporate marketing and software strategy experience, Susan is focused on customer success, brand consistency, product innovation and differentiation, but it’s her PowerPoint skills that are most treasured at nBA. Her prior experience includes senior leadership roles in Software AG, webMethods, Checkfree and Deloitte Consulting.
Founder, Vice President of Products
Kam is a serial entrepreneur who’s obsessed with inventing and making products that don’t just speak to customers but kisses them on the lips. Once an operator one of the largest Aveda concept spas in the Bay Area, it comes naturally to him to think like a GM about improvements. Previously, Kam co-founded Conformia Software (acquired by Oracle), and developed web crawling technologies for AllWall.com.
Director of Client Services
Zach safeguards our customers’ success with social intelligence, and starts each meeting off with a joke. He leads a team of industry experts responsible for helping customers decipher the meaning behind their data, empowering them to take action. Before nBA, he worked in strategic roles at both Network Solutions and Sears Holdings Corporation, where he worked after earning his MBA from Wharton.
